how to make on off background music in flash part 1

first choose insert and then new symbol
 
then in new window on name section you can give name as you like , i give name volume and in type section choose movie clip then press OK button

after that press new layer button three times .the new layer button position is like in the picture at bottom




double click on layer 1 replace text " Layer 1 " with bg . "Layer 2" with button. "Layer 3" with text. "Layer 4 4" with action script. 



in tool section click mouse in rectangular tool or press "R" in keyboard


click with mouse at frame 1 in "bg layer" .draw a rectangular in stage
